Built with 9-gauge 3x3 steel, it is beyond commercial construction (most racks boast 11 gauge!). The unit is comprised of a rear two-part single upright, dual front telescoping and fold-flat uprights with a pull-up bar, as well as a pair of premium roller J cups, and our dip/pull-up/suspension trainer attachment. The unit has 3x3 uprights and 1" holes.
